At Crown Castles our staff are at the core of our business. Working tirelessly to offer a top class service and ensure that all of our bouncy castles and inflatable equipment for hire is delivered week in and week out. And they take this duty seriously!
Every bouncy castle, slide, obstacle course or other inflatable is cleaned and maintained in house. We take our Health and Safety policy seriously and take every step to make sure our setup and installation procedures are safe. That's why Crown Castles is a proud supporter of The National Living Wage. In doing so we promote the ethics that happy and well rewarded staff will provide a better customer experience. In essence, we'll go the extra mile to ensure your event or party is a success.

We've got a new range of themed bouncy castles, assault courses, disco domes/ party pods and even marquee hire to provide shelter from the rain.
But as a family business which is big enough to cope we're also small enough to care. We operate and maintain our own equipment and work together to deliver the castles ourselves. This means that the person you speak to has a vested interest in our business and is more than likely to see you on the day of your hire.
If you're a first time hire, we'll advise on delivery times and what you can expect from us. For those looking to co-ordinate a school fair or corporate event or local gala day, we'll discuss health and safety requirements, help you complete risk assessments and plan suitable delivery and setup times.

Safety
At Crown Castles we ensure that the safety of our customers
and users is our main priority. That’s why we offer all customers free Health and Safety advice and adopt a comprehensive risk management procedure for every hire. We
operate and maintain our own our assets of bouncy castles, bouncy slides, assault courses and marquees. Furthermore, we conduct our own inspections regular safety checks on a regular basis. Our staff
carry out full risk assessments at every hire and we are backed by up-to £5 million Public Liability Insurance for all equipment. In addition, we also offer castles which are inspected PIPA tagged. Insurance
Not all hire companies are the same and not all companies adhere
to the rules. At Crown Castles we ensure that all equipment is tested an erected
according to BS manufacturer’s instructions. Our insurance covers up to £5 million public liability and
our procedures are reviewed thoroughly to make sure we are compliant. If you
have any questions regarding insurance or would like to take out your own
