A brilliant experience from a company which was great to deal with. The booking facility was a piece of cake, and then I wanted to change the type of castle I had booked. The guy I spoke to made this really easy and went through the best options with me. On the day, I had a call when the driver was on his way, and set up took minutes. Collection at the end of the day was similarly quick. The bouncy castle itself kept children of various ages occupied all afternoon (and, crucially, they all slept brilliantly that night). First class.

Brilliant company, got the castle half an hour early, set up was quick n hassle free! No issues at all, even better as was told off a few other company's that couldn't hire from them as my back garden is all slabbed but this company managed to weight the castle down, wains had a ball! Would recommend to anyone 😁 outstanding for the price.

We used Crown for a birthday party and hired a giant slide and bouncy castle. I booked online and confirmed the booking/arrangements via phone a couple of days later.
The day before the party they called to ask if they could deliver/set up the day before which suited us as well.
The staff were very good and got everything set up & secured and gave us instructions for the big day. The kids had a great time and they arrived to collect the slide/castle at the arranged time.
We were very pleased overall and would/will use again in future!

We used Crown for the first time for our PTA event. They were very professional with full insurance and health and safety documentation on the website. The price was very competitive and advice given was spot on. They arrived on time and made the whole experience stress free. Just wanted to thank you for making my wee girls School Summer Fare the success it was. I didn't run last years, so the Kids loved the Giant Slide, Bouncy Castle and the Sumo Suits, and we charged £1 for each, and made a lot of money for the School.
